HID Lift Access Control is the integration of HID access-control hardware (Aero X1100 controllers) and the iSecure platform with a building's lift (elevator) destination-control system — specifically OTIS DCS. It allows building managers to restrict which floors a person can access by lift based on their HID credential and role, and to manage lift access from the same platform that governs door, visitor and vehicle access.

Auro Realty's Hyderabad commercial development needed a unified access control platform covering door access, visitor management, car park/vehicle access and lift destination control — all from a single system. The building had approximately 12,000 occupants across multiple tenants and required tenant-floor separation by lift, with visitor lift permissions automatically set by the front-desk check-in process.
Security Shells Infotech deployed HID Aero X1100 controllers with OTIS DCS lift integration, iTrace visitor management and VAM vehicle/parking access, all governed by the iSecure platform. Tenant employees receive HID credentials configured with their authorised floors communicated to the OTIS DCS. When iTrace checks in a visitor, the visitor's temporary credential is automatically configured for lobby and the designated meeting-floor access only.
