Wi-Fi/LAN based LED will be installed in cafeteria section

  • Visitor will ask for the Food item from the Displayed List
  • The Operator will select the ordered items and will create a bill
The EMPLOYEE will SWIPE at the CARD Reader for Billing Confirmation & the respective amount will be deducted from the Balance amount from the card
TOKEN # will be generated automatically in the system.
Slip can be printed for the Employee as Bill Confirmation along with TOKEN #

Balance Check

  • The screen will Pop-Up showing the following
  • Employee ID
  • EMPLOYEE NAME
  • BALANCE AMOUNT

Amount Re-Charge

  • The Operator will click on RECHARGE on the BALANCE SCREEN
  • Enter the Amount to RECHARGE
  • The Operator will collect the AMOUNT either using Card Machine or Cash Manually
  • Once the AMOUNT is received by the Operator. the OPERATOR clicks on SAVE to CHARGE the EMPLOYEE CARD
